1、 Instructions for connecting the controller, transmitter, and receiving device when not in use.

1. Use brown wires to connect the 24V positive voltage power supply to the 24V DC voltage interface of the receiving device.

2. The testing grounding and 0vdc grounding of the transmitter are yellow and blue wires, respectively.

3. Ground the 0vdc and EDM ports of the receiving device. There is a difference between the blue line and the green line.

4. The OS1 and OS2 of the receiving device are used as outputs, and the black and white wires are connected to each other.

2、 Connection method between safety light curtain and controller

1. The safety light curtain controller performs self check through relay contacts and is connected to the 220V AC controller.

2. Two relay outputs are used as controller signal outputs.

3. Connect the output OS1 and OS2 of the safety light curtain to the black and white lines of the light curtain receiving device, respectively.

4. The contact self check EDM is connected to the grating receiving device through a green wire.

5. The 24V DC power supply is connected to the controller through a brown wire, while the 0V power supply is connected to the controller through a blue wire.

6. The light curtain transmitting device is connected to the grating self checking switch point of the controller through a yellow line. The 24V DC voltage of the grating transmitting device is connected to the brown line, and 0vdc is connected to the blue line.
