1. Safety device. Used to improve the reliability of machine tool equipment. When a certain component malfunctions or becomes overloaded, the safety device acts to quickly stop the equipment or switch to no-load operation. Such as travel limiters, friction clutches, etc.

2. Protective devices. Used to isolate the rotating parts, live parts, and harmful substances generated during the processing of operators and machine equipment. Such as belt covers, gear covers, electrical covers, iron filings, protective railings, etc.

3. Interlocking devices. Used to control the operation sequence of machine tool equipment and avoid accidents caused by uncoordinated actions. If the lathe screw and polished rod cannot operate simultaneously, electrical or mechanical interlocking devices must be installed to control them.

4. Photoelectric protection device. When using infrared control equipment for operation, when a part of the operator's body enters a hazardous area, the infrared beam emitted by the photoelectric safety protection device is blocked, and an emergency braking signal is immediately issued to stop the target equipment from running (such as the slider stopping action, unable to go down); When the operator exits from the light curtain area of the safety protection device, the infrared beam will be connected immediately, the Light curtain control device will send the connection signal, and the target equipment will start to run (such as the sliding block starts to run).
