There are 5 lights on the grating that can be displayed. Display the status of the work. But early warning does not affect production and can make indifference normal. After personnel enter the alarm area, the alarm will sound and the equipment will stop working.






The 5 lights can display warning, alarm, pollution, and normal respectively. The yellow light for warning is on, the red light for alarm is on, the rightmost light for pollution is on, and both green lights are on normally. When there is pollution, it is necessary to clean the dust on the surface of the grating in order to work properly. When the alarm is triggered, it can be reset by restarting. If it cannot be reset, the mirror can be recalibrated by understanding the software. After calibration, it will be fine.






Normally, the grating will send two input signals to the PLC, and at this time, the normally open will become normally closed. After receiving the signal, the PLC processes the signal and proceeds to the next step.






The grating can be used in the same application as the reset button. When something is not scanned, personnel reset it to ensure safety and generate the signal to the PLC.






So it is necessary to regularly maintain the grating and clean the mirror surface. When cleaning, special alcohol or non-woven fabric should be used to wipe it to prevent the alarm from affecting production.
