1. Check whether the cable connection lines of the safety grating are accurately connected, and whether the positions of the transmitter and receiver are parallel and aligned.

2. The safety grating sensor is powered on, and at this point, the grating sensor starts self checking, synchronization, and self calibration. After about 1 second, the red indicator light of the transmitter and the green indicator light of the receiver are all on, indicating that the grating sensor is in normal working state.

3. Block the safety grating and observe whether the indicator light conversion is normal.

4. Within the protection zone (30 ° -180 °), block the grating and the machine should be able to immediately stop working.

When the slider is at the bottom dead center (180 °), block the grating and the machine tool slider should be able to return.

For press machines that can only achieve top dead center protection, when the slider stops at the top dead center and blocks the grating, the next operation cannot be started.

7. During use, the position of the safety grating should not be changed arbitrarily.

After replacing the mold, it is necessary for dedicated personnel to adjust the safety distance and installation position of the safety grating.

When disassembling safety gratings and transmission lines, the power should be turned off first and must be operated by professional personnel to avoid danger.
